In October 2010 the Extraordinary General Meeting of MTG shareholders resolved to approve distribution of shares in CDON Group to MTG's shareholders. CDON Group’s shares were subsequently listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm stock exchange on 15 December 2010. The shares are now listed on the Mid Cap market of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm with the symbol ‘CDON’.
