Paul Fischbein President and CEO Born 1973 Paul Fischbein was appointed CEO of CDON Group in November 2011. Paul joined the group when Tretti AB, the company that he founded and served as CEO of since 2004, was acquired by CDON Group in 2011. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Lund University he has also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Nicolas Adlercreutz joined as CFO for CDON Group in February 2013. He previously served as CFO at PA Resources AB (publ) and has prior to this held a number of different positions, e.g. Vice President Group Control, at Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA (publ). Nicolas has a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall.

Elisabeth Andersson joined as COO of newly acquired LinusLotta.com in 2008. Starting 2009, she became Head of Logistics and Customer Services at CDON.com and as of 2010 she is Head of Administration of CDON Group, which includes Human Resources. She has a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Lund University.

Fredrik Bengtsson Head of Communications Born 1974
Fredrik Bengtsson joined CDON.com as Marketing Director of CDON.com in 2004. He was appointed Head of Business Development at the Group in 2007, and Head of Communications in 2010. Fredrik has studies Business Administration and media at Lund University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law.

Birgitta Elfversson joined CDON Group as Head of Logistics and CEO of CDON Group Logistics in 2013. She previously held a position as VP of Retail at Dometic Group, and as management consultant with McKinsey & Co. Birgitta holds an MSC in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Therese Hillman was employed as a business developer for Gymgrossisten 2007 and later the same year became the company's CFO. 2009 she was appointed COO of the Company and in 2011 to CEO. She holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and has studied MBA courses in the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
